Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. But, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may get a store credit or choose brand new style of equal value within 14 days from the date received. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on any returned items.
Processing Time
Most of items will ship out in 24 hours. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process. Need urgently or other issue, you can get in contact with us.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
Packed:
Once 'packed' orders may not be changed or canceled.
